This website sells registrations (participation fees) for the 30th International Conference on System Theory, Control and Computing (ICSTCC 2026), held in Iasi, Romania between 21st and 24th September 2026. Fees, in EUR, are listed on the registration page and depend on the registration period (early/late), participant category (regular / IEEE member / student) and options (second paper, extra pages, accompanying person).
Payments are processed exclusively online, with Visa and Mastercard cards, through EuPlatesc.ro. The registration service provider does not store card data; card details are entered only on the secure EuPlatesc payment page. Prices are final; any bank commissions of the payer are borne by the payer. After a successful payment the participant receives an e-mail confirmation.
Delivery: the purchased service (conference participation) is delivered at the conference venue during the event. Registration confirmation is delivered by e-mail immediately after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
Refunds: Cancellation requests received by e-mail at icstcc2026@icstcc.org before 15.08.2026 receive a full refund minus transaction costs; cancellations between 16.08.2026 and 15.09.2026 receive a 50% refund; no refund is possible after 15.09.2026. If the conference is cancelled by the organizers, all fees are refunded in full. Refunds are made to the card used for payment within 14 days.
Complaints regarding registration or payment can be submitted by e-mail to icstcc2026@icstcc.org. We register every complaint and respond within a maximum of 30 calendar days. If the payment transaction itself is at issue, the response is coordinated with the payment processor (EuPlatesc) and, where applicable, the card-issuing bank.
By using this website and submitting the registration form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment card, and that you accept these terms and conditions. Registration fees are those displayed at the moment of payment. The personal data collected (name, e-mail, affiliation, dietary preferences, paper details and, for students, proof of status) are used exclusively for organizing the conference, are not transferred to third parties except as required for payment processing, and are handled in accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679).
